• Manage and advise SME clients on digital marketing initiatives
• Coordinate SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization efforts
• Translate client business goals into actionable marketing strategies
• Review campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners on execution
• Identify growth opportunities through marketing expansions
• Stay current on marketing trends, tools, automation, and AI applications

• 2–5 years of experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, funnels, and online performance
• Comfortable explaining marketing metrics and results to clients
• Strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in AI tools and marketing automation
• Fluent German and good English skills
