Our Supply Chain Management Team supports the world's most recognizable brands to design and implement a future-ready operating model for supply chains that balance cost, speed, and service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high-value work that transforms customer experience. Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients' digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technologies such as AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency.

We are a global team operating from various locations in Europe, North America, and India, focusing on consulting services around Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations, and Agile Logistics.

• You will lead Industry X / Digital Manufacturing / Smart operations work streams in client-focused, dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance.
• Act as a functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise.
• Lead & contribute to the planning, conception, and implementation of complex Digital Manufacturing / Industry X transformation projects over the entire project life cycle, including collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Lead & contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation.
• Participate actively in the development of the practice, including service offering development support, training, and knowledge management.
• Develop methodologies & collateral to support the promotion of methods and tools, through presentations, RFI/RFP content, methodologies, toolkits, and deliverables.

• Experience:
  
  at least 10+ years in consulting roles or significant experience with software vendors in Manufacturing solutions, with deep knowledge in PLM/R&D systems, MES, and integration with Supply Chain.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals, with deep knowledge of R&D Operations.
• Expertise in analysing clients' strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, including process improvements to meet business objectives.
• Experience in assisting client business case development by estimating technology and implementation costs, and effort estimation using your own experience and Infosys guided estimating tools.
• Hands‑on experience designing and constructing end-to-end solutions, including application integration and cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and ability to apply them practically for R&D/PLM/NPD operational processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems including ERP, PIM & DAM.
• Broad business skill set: stakeholder management, problem solving, resilience.
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C1) and English (C1).
• Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
