• Strategic planning, development and operational implementation of SEO strategies for different industries and companies.
• Further development of AI process implementation within agency and on client projects.
• Onsite optimisations to increase traffic and ranking targets for our clients.
• Conducting SEO analyses with tools such as Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, and monitoring & reporting of SEO recommendations.
• Customer, market and competitor analysis.
• Close collaboration with SEA, IT, marketing and product management teams.
• Identifying trends and best practices, keeping the team informed.

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO at a company, startup or agency.
• Preferably experience in leadership, training or mentoring.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and excellent handling of large data sets.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Desire to shape, positive presence, good communication skills and sense of humour.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable.
