We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and manage our on‑premise Kubernetes infrastructure in high‑security, on‑premise environments. The engineer will build cloud‑native platforms, observability frameworks, secure multi‑tenant clusters, MLOps platforms, and collaborate with security teams.

• Design and build on‑premises, Kubernetes‑based infrastructure platforms.
• Create robust observability frameworks using Grafana, Prometheus, and distributed tracing.
• Architect and implement secure, multi‑tenant Kubernetes clusters with zero‑trust networking and policy‑as‑code governance.
• Build and maintain MLOps platforms enabling AI researchers to deploy, monitor, and scale models in production.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement supply chain security, container scanning, and runtime protection.

• Scripting:
  Python, Go, Rust, Bash/Shell.
• Git Ops workflows and CI/CD automation.
• Deep experience operating production Kubernetes clusters, custom controllers/operators, and service mesh (Istio/Linkerd).
• Hands‑on experience with CNCF ecosystem – Helm, ArgoCD, Flux, Falco.
• Observability stack:
  Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Open Telemetry.
• Networking and security concepts.
• MLOps platforms – Kubeflow, MLflow.
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Ansible, manifest templating, OPA/Gatekeeper.
• Linux/Unix system administration.

• High integrity, reliability, attention to detail.
• Software engineering mindset focused on platform tooling.
• Experience running cloud‑native workloads in on‑prem or air‑gapped environments.
• Willingness to relocate to Munich, London or Paris.
