, we’re looking for a Network Operations Engineer who will ensure the day-to-day availability and performance of our production network, covering WAN, LAN, Network Security, Cloud Internet Security Platforms, and Tools

This is a hands‑on technical role where you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, lead major incident calls, and drive proactive service improvements. You’ll also play a key role in our network refresh project
, deploying the latest standards into production.

• Troubleshoot and restore services across WAN, LAN, Network Security, and Cloud Internet Security platforms.
• Lead and participate in Major Incident calls, providing full root cause analysis for outages.
• Drive patch management and proactive service sustainability.
• Evaluate Managed Service Provider technical capabilities.
• Track availability and eliminate repeat incidents through technical solutions.

• 8+ years in IT Operations and Technical Engineering roles.
• Expert knowledge of Carrier Services – SD‑WAN (Velo Cloud), WAN Circuits, MPLS, Point‑to‑Point.
• Strong experience with Cisco, Aruba, Infoblox networking infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Wireless Network Services and Cloud Internet Security Platforms (e.g., Zscaler).
• Understanding of load balancers, firewalls
  , and monitoring tools like Solar Winds & Riverbed
  .
• Experience in a Global 24x7 support model
  .
• Professional certifications preferred.

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead under pressure and manage ambiguity.
• Technical mastery in data routing, switching, and enterprise tooling
