• Create Impact for our Clients:
  Alongside your colleagues you will help identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analyses, and present findings to team members and client stakeholders. Lead work streams and projects, working on initiatives such as IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO/CSO reorganizations.
• Grow & Team Leadership:
  Develop your analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to consultants.
• Be a Trusted Data Analytics & AI Professional:
  • Analyze the data structures and maturity of our clients' data and AI processes.
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative Data Analytics & AI solutions.
  • Establish risk management and compliance processes and create policy frameworks for data and AI governance.
• Cross & Upselling:
  Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ALAIKA's services to existing clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• IP Development:
  Take ownership of key IP areas (e.g., Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI models) and continuously develop them in alignment with the latest client projects and market trends. Additionally, take on at least one external-facing task per quarter (e.g., writing a technical article or leading a project like the launch of new AI models). You will also support organizational development by driving relevant processes, tools, and setups (e.g., implementing Data Analytics tools, introducing new AI frameworks, or optimizing Data Governance processes).

• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 8+ year of relevant full-time experience in Data Analytics & AI consulting within DACH/EU region. Experience in contributing to large-scale transformation projects in the Insurance or Banking industry.
• Educational Background: A degree in an IT or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering) from a leading university with an exceptional track record. We also welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, including those who have taken non-traditional or contrarian paths.
• Data Analytics & AI Expertise:
  You should be certified in relevant Data & AI standards (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, Certified Analytics Professional). Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit:
  Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership, and you prefer to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
