As a Product Designer at Celonis, you’ll help shape intuitive, data-driven experiences that empower users to understand and improve how their businesses run. You’ll collaborate with other designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to bring clarity to complex workflows and transform insights into meaningful user experiences. You will explore how AI-powered experiences can solve real user problems and help users uncover insights, anticipate opportunities, and drive smarter process improvements.

In this role, you will have opportunities to engage in the full design process from discovery and concepting to polished UI, while growing your skills through feedback, mentorship, and real-world impact across our platform.

• Design end-to-end workflows that help users build, analyze, and optimize their business processes.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that make complex data and automation logic feel intuitive.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to define problems, align on outcomes, and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Validate designs through research and testing, using insights to refine experiences and drive measurable improvements.
• Tell compelling design stories by presenting your work, rationale, and process to peers and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Embrace iteration and feedback, leveraging data, experimentation, and team input to continuously refine your work.
• Collaborate with other designers to share learnings, review work, and grow your craft in a supportive environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Communication Design, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer (or similar), collaborating in cross-functional software development teams.
• Understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and user research methods.
• Experience applying usability principles and techniques through some stages of product development including requirements gathering, user journey mapping, creating lo‑fi and hi‑fi wireframes, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to translate complex data and workflows into clear, elegant, and usable designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Design Systems.
• Strong empathy for users, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to advocate for user-centered design within teams to improve product usability.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Natural curiosity to learn new skills, explore complex problems, and continuously develop as a designer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English–you can explain your design decisions thoughtfully and persuasively.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your abilities

• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or data-intensive products.
• Industry knowledge related to Process Mining, Business Process Management, or related domains.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and emerging trends in design for AI.
