SAP Product Owner / Technical Project Lead
, you will co‑lead the implementation of SAP S/4

HANA ’ll bridge business and technology, ensuring that SAP becomes the foundation for scalable, efficient processes across our organization. After successful implementation you’ll take over the full system responsibility as a SAP Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Project Leadership: Coordinate technical aspects of the SAP implementation in close alignment with the overall project leadership.
• Product Ownership: Own and prioritise the SAP backlog, ensuring all SAP‑related requirements are captured and delivered.
• Process Ownership: Make decisions on SAP‑side configurations and functional processes.
• Primary Contact for SAP Partners: Act as the operational interface to external SAP implementation partners.
• Cross‑Team Coordination: Ensure consistent SAP integration across multiple teams and departments.

• Bring SAP requirements into cross‑functional teams and align priorities with existing Product Owners.
• Collaborate with Team Leads while respecting team autonomy.
• Develop integration architecture together with Staff Engineers.
• Work closely with Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, and HR departments.
• Clarify requirements, process details, and user stories.
• Conduct acceptance tests with business stakeholders.
• Provide conceptual understanding of integration architectures.
• Collaborate Along with Staff Engineers on technical architecture decisions.
• Focus on functional SAP processes rather than low‑level implementation details.

• Strong technical understanding of SAP integration architectures and design principles.
• Experience working with business departments and external implementation partners.
• Solid knowledge of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
