• Installing and configuring network solutions for clients, including Cisco routing & switching setups
• Testing and refining network architectures in a lab environment
• Managing and troubleshooting virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Proxmox)
• Basic system administration of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux environments
• Creating technical documentation for projects and workshops
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing network issues, including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
• Providing technical support and consulting for clients on network security best practices

• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking (R&S), TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewall management
• Experience with network security solutions (e.g., UTM firewalls, IDS/IPS, SSL Inspection)
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration and basic Linux system management
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware ESXi, Proxmox, Hyper-V)
• Professional, customer-oriented communication skills and a confident presence
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Fluent German (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication
