As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be a technical expert driving our marketing architecture, processes, and systems to new heights of efficiency. You'll dive into high-impact projects like lead scoring, AI workflows, integrations, and automations that directly accelerate our marketing execution and revenue growth. Marketing Tech Stack Ownership: You manage and optimize our marketing technology infrastructure, including Hub Spot, Salesforce, and related platforms, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.

System Integrations & Automation: You design, build, and maintain integrations between marketing systems using APIs and iPaaS tools, creating automated workflows that enhance efficiency.

Process Optimization: You identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations, building internal tools and solutions that improve speed and quality of execution.

Project Leadership: You lead end-to-end complex projects such as software rollouts, AI workflow implementations, and lead scoring initiatives that drive revenue impact.

Stakeholder Enablement: You partner with marketing teams across the organization to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and enable them to leverage our marketing systems effectively.

Data Management & Quality: You ensure data integrity across our marketing tech stack, implementing best practices for data manipulation and system hygiene.

Experience: You have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on system administration and integrations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

Marketing Technology Expertise: You're proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot and Salesforce, and understand how to maximize their capabilities.

Technical Integration

Skills:

You have a high level of understanding of system integrations including APIs, iPaaS tools (Tray, Workato, etc.), and data manipulation.

Stakeholder Communication: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Project Management: You manage end-to-end complex projects such as software rollouts, balancing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving: You're proactive, open-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
