The team currently consists of 6 software engineers, 3 data engineers, 1 analyst, and 1 additional Product Manager. We collaborate

As a Program Manager on our Marketing Technology team, you will own the strategy, development, and optimization of internal solutions that support multiple marketing channels, with a strong focus on Paid Search.

You’ll partner with multiple different marketing teams and a dedicated engineering squad to understand challenges, identify scalable opportunities, and translate them into impactful, technology-driven solutions. If you bring a passion for marketing, a strategic mindset, a technical understanding, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity, this role is for you.

• Own marketing metrics

  Work closely with stakeholders from eight marketing teams to understand their goals and operational challenges - and together own the results.
• Translate marketing challenges into scalable solutions
  :
  Define the vision for our marketing tools by not just building tools, but by building leverage. Every system you ship either increases the revenue we capture or reduces the cost to capture it, at scale.
• Turn ideas into impact with Engineering
  :
  Collaborate with engineers to turn ideas into technical systems, prioritizing features and ensuring the roadmap delivers measurable impact. You'll guide projects end-to-end, from ideation and requirements to delivery, rollout, and impact tracking.
• Drive innovation through data & AI
  :
  Use data systematically to uncover opportunities, run structured tests, and support decision-making. Leverage AI to automate and elevate marketing workflows - for example, generating thousands of image assets for ads automatically rather than manual uploads.
• Drive adoption and enablement
  :
  Ensure the systems you build are actually used. Create documentation, run trainings, and iterate based on user feedback to maximize real-world impact.

• 5+ years of program, product management or similar experience, preferably in a fast-paced technical startup environment.
• Good understanding of Marketing and paid search channels. A background in Performance Marketing is a plus.
• Strategic mindset and natural problem-solver with a strong history of leading product discovery and delivering scalable solutions.
• Analytical approach with expertise in defining success criteria and measuring impact against KPIs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: self-driven, organized, proactive with a hands-on approach, thriving in agile environments.
• Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them effectively without losing sight of user needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
