** Your Responsibilities
** Global Infrastructure Management
* Manage and evolve the global IT infrastructure across multiple regions and time zones
* Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of network and cloud platforms
* Anticipate infrastructure risks and plan proactively to avoid disruptions

Network Management
* Own global network architecture and topology (LAN, WAN, WIFI, Mobile networks,)
* Define and implement mitigation strategies for vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks
* Plan network capacity and resilience with a forward-looking approach

Cloud Platform Strategy
* Define and drive the global cloud platform strategy (hybrid / multi-cloud)
* Align cloud architecture with business, security, and cost-efficiency requirements
* Ensure integration between on-premises infrastructure and cloud services

Vendor & Service Provider Management
* Manage and steer international service providers
* Monitor SLAs, service quality, and cost efficiency
* Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external partners

Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Ensure clear, structured, and transparent communication across countries and departments
* Coordinate with local IT contacts, business leaders, and vendors
* Communication is a top priority in this role International Operations
* Work effectively across time zones, including flexibility for meetings outside standard office hours
* Willingness to travel internationally as required
* Consider and manage country-specific IT challenges

* Your Profile:

***** Several years of experience in IT infrastructure management within an international or global organization
* Proven experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple countries
* Strong background in network management and architecture
* Solid experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure strategy
* Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
* Strong vendor and contract management skills
* Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Demonstrated experience working in international environments
* Strong understanding of cultural differences and local IT conditions
* Experience dealing with region-specific infrastructure and regulatory challenges
