Due to expansion there are a number of positions across different experience levels. There is a broad budget to remain competitive in the market with a target bonus of 15%.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for experienced Business Analysts to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping deliver innovative digital transformation projects.

• Experience in enterprise software business architecture, with relevant delivery experience.
• Proven ability to define business application solutions across multiple work streams or regions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop requirements that maximize use of base functionality.
• Effective communicator with customer program management, architects, and development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and hybrid cloud implementation strategies.
• Involvement in pre‑sales, including reviewing value delivery of proposed solution.
• Ability to lead and inspire others through collaboration.
• Travel for onsite client engagements as required (up to 50%).
• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data‑driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• German language.
