Senior Product Designer; reev

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (all genders) for our portfolio company reev. At reev, our goal is to bring eMobility to everyone. We're doing this through sustainable, innovative technology, ensuring driver satisfaction, providing reliable service, and expanding in Europe. With 6,000+ B2B clients, we achieved 662.7M electric driven kms, 79.5M kg saved CO2 and 116M delivered kWh in 2024.

• You own and lead the user experience and design of the reev products and work side-by-side with Engineers and Product Managers - from discovery to execution - to take the product to next level.
• You contribute to the disruption of existing products and strive for a product that stands out with respect to its usability.
• You create small visualisations and interactive prototypes to communicate your product ideas and are able to clearly explain and justify your design choices.
• You create high-fidelity designs that align with product goals and user expectations.
• By engaging with our users on a very frequent basis (e.g. user interviews, user testing), you ensure our products are rooted in a deep understanding of the variety of our users.
• You leverage qualitative and quantitative insights in making design and product decisions.
• You develop and maintain design system and principles for a consistent, scalable and accessible user experience along the journey.
• You join forces with our Marketing Designer Raphael to create a consistent reev experience across all touch-points.
• You scale our design operations across our working student and external design agencies.

• 5+ years as a UX / UI Designer in software, preferably for B2B SaaS products
• A strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills and capabilities in creating user-centric, intuitive and innovative design
• Big curiosity in users, but also emerging technologies and how they can inform design work
• Desire to challenge and disrupt the status quo
• High attention to detail and design excellence
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Fluent in English, German is a big plus
