A ~10-year-old, market-leading SaaS platform in privacy, risk & AI governance, well past scale-up scrappiness (hundreds of millions in ARR, 50+ SEs internationally) but rebuilding its Munich office after a leadership reset, with a big existing DACH client base to work. Timing is unusually good: the first analyst Magic Quadrant for AI governance just landed and they're on it, inbound is strong, and the product is moving deeper into the infrastructure layer, integrating into cloud stacks, Copilot, data platforms.

Genuinely one of the better stories in the space right now.

• Partnering with AEs across the full deal cycle -> deep discovery, qualification, and technical deep-dives, not just one-off demos
• Running POCs end-to-end in a structured way: you drive the proof, you don't just react to the customer
• Proposals, RFPs, custom integration design, and architecting how the platform fits a client's stack
• Being a visible presence in the Munich office and on customer sites across Germany & Austria
• Staying sharp on product direction, the regulatory/AI-governance landscape, and competitive positioning

• 2-5 years total, with ~2+ specifically in pre-sales / consulting in SaaS (title matters less than the substance)
• A genuine technical mindset
• Strong demo and discovery craft, and the instinct to manage a proof rather than be led by it
• The builder's mentality: you set up process yourself, hold the bar high, and adapt fast - you don't lean on a big-company support machine to do the work for you
• Business-fluent German and English (part of the process is in German)
