As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and highly available while helping teams deliver services faster and more efficiently. Working at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and business, you will take ownership of critical operations, champion automation, and contribute to exciting initiatives in cloud transformation, observability, and AI-driven improvements.

As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and highly available while helping teams deliver services faster and more efficiently. Working at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and business, you will take ownership of critical operations, champion automation, and contribute to exciting initiatives in cloud transformation, observability, and AI-driven improvements.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, resource utilization, and cost efficiency
• Define, plan, and coordinate operational activities across teams, including clear prioritization of topics and workloads
• Lead incident management processes, including coordination, communication, root cause analysis, and preventive follow-up actions
• Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, stability, and operational quality
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of Dev Ops standards, processes, and best practices

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
• Many years of experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Strong experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive cross-functional operational topics
• Proven experience in planning operational activities within teams and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Hands-on experience in incident management and production support in complex environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit
