Stellenbezeichnung: Vice President Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with our management.
You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of international Commercial / Digital / Tech /Data Due Dilligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, defining the appropriate strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects.
You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of partnerships with leading large- and mid-cap private equity funds.
You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new (AI) services based on current trends and industry developments.
You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments.
You represent OMMAX and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and support the recruitment of top talent.

What we require:

You have an outstanding university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
You bring several years of functional and leadership experience in a digital environment, particularly in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
You have a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects, with strong capabilities in leadership, team coordination, and project management.
You demonstrate deep expertise and a strong understanding of tech, marketing, and AI, including the latest tools and current digital trends.
You stand out through strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured, results-driven manner.
You communicate confidently and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high level of ownership and passion for your work.
You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
