Business Analyst, Process Systems

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for process components as part of an agile team
• Translate business and technical requirements between clients and the development team
• Keep the backlog in view and evaluate requirements based on customer value and cost-effectiveness
• Take into account internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Develop solution sketches together with the cross-functional team
• Elaborate features and user stories
• Act as the contact person for the UI/UX of process tools and their documentation
• Advise users and ensure the use and continuous improvement of process components throughout the product lifecycle
• Support the acceptance of new features through to productive deployment
• Execute application tests and coordinate with test management

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or a commercial banking qualification, and several years of relevant professional experience
• Good understanding of business processes with intuitive UI/UX logic
• Ideally experience with regulatory requirements and audit-compliant operation
• Experienced in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Experience in formulating features and user stories
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, and Figma
• Strong affinity for digital process solutions, new technologies, usability, and design
• Experience with workflow/process systems, e.g., BPMN-based engines, is a plus
• Business-fluent German (at least C1 level)
• Good English skills (B2 level)
• Enjoy working in a cross-functional, agile team
• High quality and sense of responsibility, strong conceptual skills, creativity, and innovation
