As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join a newly created Reporting and Analytics function within our Technology team. Working closely with the Engineering Team Lead for Reporting & Analytics, you will help deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Hands‑on data analysis and insights generation – 80%
• Customer and user engagement – 20%
• Create metrics‑based benchmarks
• Develop visualizations to demonstrate the impact of fraud detection and enforcement
• Work closely with Data Engineering to enhance data accessibility and clarity
• Develop data‑driven recommendations to improve platform efficacy

• Clients (reporting on the value delivered)
• Product operations and technology instrumentation
• Global delivery operations and instrumentation
• Engineering, UX and Data Science teams
• Brand Protection experts
• Hands‑on experience working in data and insights focused roles
• Solid SQL coding level (Python proficiency highly desirable)
• Experience with Click House and dbt (plus)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable information
• Curiosity and desire to learn
• Experience with BI tools such as Google Looker, Metabase, PowerBI (or similar)

• Love of data, analytics and problem solving
• Hands‑on experience in data and insights focused roles
• Proficiency in SQL;
  Python highly desirable
• Experience with Click House environment (plus)
• Knowledge of data modeling tools such as dbt (plus)
• Understanding of key statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information
• Curiosity and desire to learn
• Experience with BI tools (Google Looker, Metabase, PowerBI, or similar)
• A desire to delight customers and help them see future opportunities
