Finance Oracle Manager

• Support assessment and discovery activities
• Conduct requirement workshops and help define problem statements
• Review and analyze business requirements specifications
• Support creation of to-be process flows
• Perform fit-gap analysis and document findings
• Provide solution alternatives
• Create detailed design documentation
• Perform testing
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
• Support financial reporting and month-end/quarter-end close processes

• 4-year bachelor's degree, MBA, or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive specialty experience may substitute for each year of education
• At least 2 implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials)
• At least 7–8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes
• Experience designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools: FRS, OTBI, and Smart View
• Experience with month-end/quarter-end close processes
• Strong proficiency in industry knowledge and best practices
• High-impact communication skills
• Planning and coordination skills

Demonstrates expertise in designing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Proficient in conducting business analysis, performing fit-gap analysis, and supporting financial reporting processes.
