Program Manager – Oracle ERP Cloud

• Lead program management across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, from assessments and discovery through design, build, deployment, and hypercare
• Drive pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes, define future-state vision, and build the business case for Oracle Cloud adoption
• Manage project work streams comprising onshore and offshore resources and oversee overall delivery of Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation programmes
• Manage large delivery teams designing end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables align with design principles, standards, and methodologies
• Use knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap, Oracle offerings, industry guidance, and leading practices to facilitate executive-level business decisions
• Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their professional development
• Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture
• Support requirement workshops, define problem statements, analyse business requirements, create to-be flows and fit-gap documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test

Requirements

• Experience designing and managing complete enterprise solutions
• Leadership of topics within an architect community
• Passion for technology and business acumen
• Experience working as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization
• Ability to lead consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence
