HANA. As SAP Lead (m/f/d) Competence Centre
, you will take responsibility for strategic SAP projects, further develop a high-performing Competence Centre and combine technological innovation with the requirements of a dynamic business.

• Managing the S/4
  
  HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration
• Leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre, as well as building a motivated team with a strong willingness to embrace change and innovation
• Developing and optimising the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets and innovative products
• Taking responsibility for the integration of SAP with relevant upstream and downstream systems, as well as the continuous improvement of interfaces and processes
• Identifying opportunities for the automation and standardisation of SAP processes and utilising modern S/4
  
  HANA functionalities

• Several years’ experience in the SAP environment, particularly with S/4
  
  HANA and the FI/CO modules
• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the technical and managerial leadership of teams, as well as in the management of complex IT transformation projects
• Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with business units, management and C-level stakeholders
• A structured and entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a very good command of English;
  German proficiency would be beneficial
