PKI Engineer, Assistant Vice President

Who we are looking for

This role supports engineering, automation and continuous improvement for enterprise PKI, certificate lifecyclemanagementand machine identity services. The role will help implement automation,integrations and platform improvements under the direction of senior PKI engineering leadership.

We are looking for a hands‑on engineer who can support PKI platforms, develop automation,assistwithintegrationsand help reduce operational friction across certificate lifecycle management processes.

What you will be responsible for

As a PKI Engineer you will

• Support engineering and maintenance of enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycle management platforms.
• Develop andmaintainautomation for certificate issuance, renewal,reporting and remediation workflows.
• Assist with integrations across Service Now, cloud platforms,monitoring tools and enterprise security systems.
• Support certificate discovery, inventory enrichment, ownershipmappingand remediation activities.
• Support machine identity management and certificate deployment patterns across infrastructure and application teams.
• Create andmaintaintechnical documentation, supportproceduresand automation runbooks.
• Assist with testing,implementation and transition of engineering changes into operations.
• Participate in incident investigation, problemmanagementand service improvement activities.
• Support audit, compliance and risk evidence requests related to PKI and certificate management.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of PKI, security engineering, infrastructureautomationor related technology experience.
• Working knowledge of TLS, SSL, certificate authorities, certificate lifecyclemanagementand basic cryptographic concepts.
• Experience with scripting or automation using Power Shell, Python,APIsor similar tools.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux,networking and cloud environments.
• Experience with Keyfactor, Digi Cert, Microsoft ADCS or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting,documentation and collaboration skills.
