Your responsibilities will include: creating and continuously maintaining project artifacts such as task lists, risk and issue registers;

preparing informative status reports and dashboards for project management and stakeholders; continuously optimizing PMO processes while adhering to defined standards and templates; actively managing stakeholders and organizing and supporting coordination processes; ensuring proper documentation, including tracking action items and status escalations; and optionally assuming partial or full project management responsibilities based on qualifications.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Project Management Office (PMO) oder in der Projektkoordination
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der operativen Projektsteuerung, idealerweise innerhalb eines IT-geprägten Umfelds
• Anwendungssichere Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Tools wie PowerPPM
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und MS Teams
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
