You work directly with client leaders to translate strategic business priorities into a focused portfolio of deployable Data & AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
You own work streams from problem discovery and use-case prioritization through business case, roadmap, operating model, and implementation mobilization.
You engage with business teams, domain experts, technology leaders, and end users to understand real workflows, constraints, and adoption requirements.
You define pragmatic Data & AI strategies that connect value, data readiness, technology architecture, governance, talent, processes, and change.
You lead workshops and executive discussions that resolve ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and create clear decisions and ownership.
You partner with engineering, AI, data, governance, and delivery teams to ensure that strategic recommendations can be built, deployed, and scaled in practice.
You capture lessons from implementation, support proposals, and develop reusable methods and offerings that strengthen OMMAX Data & AI Strategy capabilities.

What we require:

You hold an excellent university degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
You have 3–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data and AI-related initiatives.
You have a strong understanding of data and AI technologies and their business applications.
You are able to communicate complex topics in a structured and clear way.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
