• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco WLAN infrastructure using controllers and access points.
• Conduct RF site surveys and create wireless heat maps using Ekahau or Air Magnet.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco wireless controllers, LAPs, and Mobility Express solutions.
• Optimize wireless networks via channel planning, power tuning, and QoS.
• Implement secure wireless protocols including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, and integrate with RADIUS/ISE.
• Monitor and analyze wireless traffic using Cisco Prime Infrastructure, DNA Center, or Wireshark.
• Work closely with LAN/WAN and firewall teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

• Expert knowledge of Cisco wireless technologies (WLCs, APs, Clean Air, Flex Connect).
• Strong background in RF design, planning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS/CLI and core network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Familiarity with 802.11 standards, wireless security, and SSID/VLAN design.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center, ISE, and Prime Infrastructure.
