• Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for aircraft, passenger and cargo drones.
• Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, e.g. streamlined product development and production processes, production rate and supply chain performance increase, value stream digitalization and sustainability.
• Transform functional perimeters and entire companies toward customer‑centric thinking and efficient end‑to‑end processes and organizations.
• Support the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects.
• Foster the strong international aerospace community including specific knowledge development.

• Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by MBA or PhD.
• Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the international aerospace industry.
• Well‑founded knowledge in strategy development and implementation as well as process and organizational design.
• High process understanding along the entire value chain.
• Fluent English and German; further languages are favorable.
• High willingness for domestic and international travel.
