Responsibilities
- Operational responsibility for the Amazon Vendor account:
You are responsible for the operational management of the Amazon EU Vendor account and ensure that all relevant processes are implemented efficiently, in a structured and performance-oriented manner. - Interface & stakeholder management:
As the central interface between Amazon and internal departments such as Sales, Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Marketing, you ensure close coordination and seamless collaboration. - Forecasting & performance management:
Together with the Commercial team, you create, analyze and coordinate product forecasts and prepare relevant KPIs such as sell-out, pricing, stock levels and Buy Box performance. - Catalog, data & compliance management:
You are responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Amazon product catalog with respect to data quality and for coordinating escalations related to product compliance issues or product blocks. - Collaboration with Amazon & AVS:
You work closely with Amazon's AVS team and escalate critical issues to them in a targeted manner when required.
- E‑commerce & Amazon experience:
You have experience in e‑commerce with a focus on Amazon Vendor Central, ideally in the sports nutrition / food or consumables sector. - Operational process competence:
You bring a good understanding of operational processes in order management, forecasting and supply chain. - Catalog, data & KPI know-how:
You have experience in catalog management, ensure high product data quality and possess analytical strength as well as confident handling of relevant KPIs. - Working style & communication:
You work in a structured, independent and solution‑oriented manner and demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence when coordinating with internal and external contacts. - Language skills:
You have very good German language skills and business‑fluent English (written and spoken). - Team orientation:
You are a team player and appreciate working in cross‑functional teams.
