Head of Operations

• End-to-end responsibility for supply chain, production and fulfillment — from raw materials to the end customer
• Managing and developing our production and logistics partners
• Raw material sourcing with a focus on quality, cost and availability
• Establishing lean controlling and planning processes
• Keeping working capital in focus: inventory, payables, cash cycle
• Gradual build-up of the operations team
• Leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize processes — not as a requirement, but as a given

• 5+ years in supply chain, operations or production, ideally in FMCG or food
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience managing external partners and suppliers
• Enjoys rethinking structures and professionalizing processes
• AI-native — not because you have to be, but because you understand the possibilities and actively use them
• You believe a unicorn can be built with 10 employees — and you want to prove it
• Fluent in German and English
