Procurement Specialist - Electronics & PCBA; Hybrid

Munich, Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) The Company

A technical, hands-on role where you will:

• Own the end-to-end operational procurement of direct hardware materials including active semiconductors, sensors, and PCBAs.
• Partner with R&D to interpret technical drawings, navigate complex Bills of Materials, and manage engineering changes.
• Drive supplier performance and manage Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) to ensure strict production readiness.
• Monitor exact component traceability, material certifications, and critical batch/lot numbers for defense-grade compliance.
• Stabilize ERP master data to establish a transparent, scalable purchasing workflow.
• Actively resolve lead-time escalations to mitigate global electronic supply chain bottlenecks.

• 3+ years of direct procurement experience specifically within the electronics industry or PCBA manufacturing.
• Fluent German (C1/Native) and English for seamless collaboration with local Mittelstand suppliers and international distributors.
• Demonstrated ability to read technical specifications and manage electronic component lifecycle data.
• Eligibility for German security clearance (SÜ2).

• Proven background managing EMS partners or contract manufacturers.
• Previous exposure to an early-stage, agile hardware scale-up environment.
• Deep knowledge of the semiconductor broker market and component allocation strategies.
