Responsibilities include:

advising and serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders in procurement processes across various phases of the product lifecycle for after-sales products; project-related recording, structuring, and managing complex procurement requirements for standardized and efficient processing by the material and service purchasing departments; independently managing operational and strategic purchasing activities in the areas of services, component repair, and material procurement; close collaboration and regular professional exchange with internal interfaces, as well as active participation in project meetings;

initiating, preparing, and conducting negotiations and coordination meetings with suppliers, both on-site and virtually; obtaining and following up on offers, triggering orders, and seamlessly tracking the supply chain; and designing and implementing a transparent reporting and control structure in Jira.

• Successfully completed studies (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering) or a qualified commercial or technical training with several years of sound professional experience in purchasing or project management.
• Sound expertise in project management, contract law (ideally with reference to the PR regulations) as well as a sophisticated legal and commercial understanding.
• Practical expertise in the procurement of purchased parts and services across the various phases of the product life cycle.
• Excellent user knowledge of SAP and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Fluent German skills and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, assertiveness, and a confident and professional demeanor.
