Team Lead Data Quality Management

In cooperation with our partners' management, we are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead Data Quality Management (m/f/d). Our partner is a leading technology company offering a wide range of services globally.

In collaboration with your team, you will play a key role in ensuring that management decisions—such as budgeting, forecasting, service delivery, and maintenance—are supported by accurate, consistent, and timely data, thereby minimizing commercial risks and conflicts.

• Lead, mentor, and develop your team of data experts; delegate tasks, set priorities, monitor workloads, and foster a culture of accountability and enablement.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and business teams, to ensure data collection, storage, and usage processes remain compliant. Derive projects where applicable and delegate implementation to your team.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues; partner with business units to implement sustainable solutions.
• Present data quality metrics, KPIs, and insights to management to identify future business opportunities.

• You hold a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• You are an experienced team leader, capable of motivating and developing your team of technical experts.
• You understand how to leverage data in a business context, with experience in data management and engineering, ideally focusing on data quality in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• You have strong communication and leadership abilities; fluency in English is required, German language skills are a plus.
