• Responsible for all Ground Operations Area Managers’ activities, work plans, and reports.
• Oversee safety, on‑time performance, and customer service at stations under supervision.
• Supervise the entire scope of operations at outbase stations to ensure high efficiency and service standards by Station Managers and handling agents.
• Develop yearly quality monitoring plans for outbase stations.
• Manage all Ground Operations aspects of special flights (e.g., Prime Minister flights, rescue flights).
• Handle purchasing of ground services from handling companies.
• Explore alternatives to optimise ground handling in terms of cost and service level.
• Negotiate and draft handling agreements.
• Plan an annual quality work plan for Ground Operations Area Managers and monitor its implementation.
• Perform monthly quality controls of Ground Operations managers’ activities (safety, punctuality, customer service).
• Conduct a working meeting after each visit of Ground Operations Area Managers to review travel reports.
• Analyze recurring findings and work to correct issues across Ground Operations activities.

• Sound job experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Good command of German and English.
