** WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET**# Für störungsfreie Betriebsabläufe unserer Lokomotiven sorgt das Team „Light Maintenance“ u.a. für die schnelle und richtige Materialbereitstellung vor Ort.

Du bist verantwortlich für Deine Dir zugeordneten Lager und Werkstätten, überwachst das Materialspektrum und sorgst für ausreichenden Bestand vor Ort, indem Du die Lieferungen systemseitig zusammenstellst und den Versand organisierst.
* Du bist lagerortverantwortlich für unser Lager in
** Frankreich
* * und weitere Lager in Europa.
* Dein Tagesgeschäft organisierst du von
** München
** aus:  + Überwachung des Materialspektrums und Materialbereitstellung für ausreichende Vorhaltung des Bestandes vor Ort.  + Erkennung von potenziellen Materialengpässen, die im Team abgesprochen werden.  + Erstellen von Lieferungen im System und schnelle Belieferung von Ad hoc–Bedarfen.  + Organisation des Versandes und Absprache mit dem Zoll- und Logistikteam.  + Bestandsführung inklusive Buchungen von Entnahmen, inkl. Serialnummernverfolgung.  + Durchführung des Reparaturprozesses inkl.

Lieferung der defekten Teile zum Aufarbeiter, Bestellung und Lieferterminverfolgung.  + Lückenlose Dokumentation und Beschaffung von relevanten Unterlagen.
* Organisation und Durchführung deiner Inventuren vor Ort.
* Du unterstützt bei Sonderaufgaben und hilfst bei Problemlösungen.
* Die Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System (Infor M3) runden Deinen
