Network Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Complete the site selection and expansion of the automobile delivery center in accordance with the company's strategic plan.
• Possess several years of experience in site selection for automobile stores, especially rich experience and project resources in 4S store site selection.
• Proficient in the full process and various business links of site selection planning, project evaluation, lease contract negotiation, store construction and preparation for automobile delivery centers.
• Capable of efficiently undertaking the preparation of several projects simultaneously, with excellent coordination and organization abilities as well as problem‑solving skills.
• Able to adapt to a rigorous work system, maintain a diligent work attitude at all times and have a strong sense of responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3–5 years of experience in store expansion, with priority given to candidates who have experience in site selection for automobile delivery centers.
• Master the site selection logic of automobile delivery centers and have experience in site selection for more than dozens of stores in Europe.
• Have sufficient project resources of 4S stores or delivery centers, and possess certain professional knowledge in engineering, legal affairs, etc.
• Be familiar with commercial negotiations and master negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using office software and professional engineering software.
• Fluent in English or German as a working language.
