Chief of Staff (m/w/d) – Growth & People
Peter Park is one of Europe’s most promising scale‑ups. In this key role you will drive strategic initiatives around Growth and People from concept through successful execution.
Responsibilities- Assume various roles within the organisation, initially in the People & Culture area, and advance initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to scale and solidify our company culture during rapid growth.
- Lead strategic Growth projects such as building performance‑management cycles, recruiting top talent for key positions, or expanding into new markets.
- Act as a liaison between employees, leaders and founders on culture initiatives and organisational development.
- Support the creation of decision‑making foundations and KPI reports in the People & Growth domain for the management team.
- More than 3 years of experience in a dynamic, high‑growth environment (scale‑up) or a consulting firm, preferably with a focus on People, HR strategy or Growth.
- Proven success in conceptualising and implementing culture and People initiatives in growing organisations.
- Experience organising and leading multiple teams and departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled moderator and relationship builder at all organisational levels.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to produce evidence‑based reports on People & Culture metrics.
- Highly versatile, proactive and dedicated to efficient productivity, especially within cultural transformation processes.
- Fluent in German and English.
- 40 hours per week on a trust basis
- Home‑office policy: 4 days in the office / 1 day remote
