Country Manager – Immunology (DACH)

Regeneron seeks a Country Manager for Immunology in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). The role leads the commercial execution and co‑promotion of our immunology portfolio, drives strategic initiatives, manages a high‑performing team of ~150 FTEs and ensures alignment with global policies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial execution and co‑promotion of immunology therapies across multiple indications.
  • Develop and implement strategic and annual business plans in collaboration with alliance partners.
  • Oversee operational responsibilities, including financial performance, budgeting and oversight of commercial functions such as sales force, operations, training, sales analytics, and commercialization.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team, attract, develop and retain high‑performing talent.
  • Provide input into strategies for marketing, market access, pricing and reimbursement led by alliance partners.
  • Advocate Regeneron’s vision and mission to medical, patient and business communities.
  • Promote the company’s profile and maintain legally compliant relations with business partners, customers, patients and regulatory authorities.
  • Act as a core member of the international leadership team, contributing to strategies across major markets outside the U.S.
  • Ensure operating objectives and performance standards are understood and owned by the management team.
  • Maintain consistency between local and global policies, SOPs and compliance principles.
  • Drive affiliate implementation and adherence to Regeneron’s mission and values.
  • Develop effective relationships with Regeneron’s collaboration partner.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector, with significant experience in sales leadership.
  • Advanced degree in science and/or business; MBA preferred.
  • Proven expertise in leading successful product launches, particularly in immunology or biologics.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve short‑term and long‑term objectives through highly‑collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the DACH specialty market and experience with co‑promoted products and alliance structures.
  • Clear patient focus and passion to make a difference in patients’ lives.
  • Strategic thinker with fact‑based, analytical decision‑making skills.
  • Goal‑setting and performance‑measurement capability.
  • Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication in a multicultural environment in proficient German and English.
  • Results‑ and performance‑driven mindset.
