Leading a team of exceptional Store Managers, you will create an environment where people thrive, communities grow, and guests experience the very best of our brand. You will own regional performance across our Brand Stores and Factory Outlets, balancing commercial excellence with an uncompromising commitment to guest experience.

Through strong leadership, strategic thinking and meaningful partnerships, you will inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals while protecting the integrity of the Arc’teryx brand. Beyond delivering results, you will build capability, develop future leaders and strengthen our connection with local outdoor communities, ensuring every store reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.

Meet Your Future Team:

The EMEA Commercial team brings together passionate retail leaders united by a shared purpose: inspiring people to get outside. We collaborate across markets and functions to create exceptional experiences for our guests while delivering sustainable business growth. As our retail landscape evolves, we embrace curiosity, challenge convention and work together to continually raise the standard of excellence across every store.

As an Arc’teryx Regional Manager EMEA

  • Championing the guest experience, ensuring every store consistently delivers an experience that reflects the Arc’teryx brand and inspires long-term guest loyalty.
  • Bringing the brand to life, partnering with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Community teams to execute launches, events and activations that deepen local brand connection.
  • Collaborating across the business, working closely with Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Finance, People and Marketing to deliver a seamless and consistent retail experience across the region.
  • Using data to drive decisions, translating insights into clear action plans that improve traffic, conversion, productivity, inventory health and guest satisfaction.
  • Creating an environment where people thrive, fostering inclusion, psychological safety and a high-performance culture that enables every teammate to do their best work.
  • Representing Arc’teryx externally, building relationships with retail partners and local outdoor communities to strengthen the brand’s presence across the region.
  • Leading through change, confidently navigating new store openings, evolving business priorities and organisational change while keeping teams engaged and focused.

Success in this role isn’t measured solely by sales. It’s reflected in the strength of your leaders, the experiences your teams create, the communities you build and the lasting impact you have on the region.

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
