Sensor & Power Business Unit Leader

I'm working on a confidential search with an international semiconductor company that is building a new strategic business unit focused on sensing and power technologies, with a strong emphasis on automotive and industrial applications.

The role is a senior executive leadership position with responsibility for business strategy, portfolio direction, organizational development, and long-term growth. The mandate includes overseeing multiple product lines, driving commercial expansion, and shaping the future direction of the business across international markets.

The company is looking for a leader who combines strong semiconductor industry expertise with P&L ownership, organizational leadership, and experience scaling businesses through periods of growth and transformation.

Required

• Semiconductor industry leadership experience (VP/GM/BU Head level)
• P&L ownership and business management
• Sensor and/or Power semiconductor expertise
• Product strategy and business strategy leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Sales, Marketing)
• China and Europe market exposure
• Relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1s
• Business turnaround or transformation experience
• Exposure to AI, industrial automation, robotics, or electrification markets
