• Write marketing briefs for new product launches, defining brand and product positioning.
• Recommend retail pricing and positioning based on market data; analyze margins versus COGS and provide go/no‑go recommendations.
• Conduct market research to fuel the NPD pipeline and coordinate closely with R&D.
• Collaborate with Scientific, R&D, Regulatory and Operations teams to ensure compliant and successful product launches.
• Create and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Validate key documents and produce final print proofs.

• Develop and manage launch assets, including product labels, messaging, training materials, website updates, and operational enablers for launches.

• Track and analyze key KPIs and sell‑out results across the product portfolio.
• Provide actionable insights and monitor performance consistently.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from markets and consumers.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to propose data‑backed innovations and optimisations.

• Develop innovative products and concepts while revisiting key product pillars.
• Collect, compare and synthesize international market and consumer data for actionable insights.
• Partner with international teams to support launches and ensure ongoing follow‑up.

• 2+ years of professional experience in Product/Brand Management or Marketing, preferably in health, beauty or dietary supplements.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, category expertise and technical know‑how.
• Analytical, business‑driven mindset capable of translating insights into action.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  Canva knowledge is a plus.
• Creative storyteller with a bold, open‑minded and curious mindset.
• Strategic thinker with resilience and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, hands‑on and able to work autonomously with initiative.
