• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and business growth.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns to promote the company’s brands.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including website content and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover consumer insights, track market trends, and assess the competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable branding strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, adjusting marketing strategies as needed to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Develop brand guidelines for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on enhancing brand image and market recognition based on research and insights.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Solid understanding of brand development strategies and marketing trends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and consumer behavior insights.
• Proven experience in conducting market research and turning insights into practical strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, marketing analytics tools, design platforms).
