The GTM Marketing Team creates demand for Celonis do this with programmatic campaigns consisting of a repository of global and field programs that fits the needs of each market, segment and team, delivering integrated, account/industry/persona centric customer journeys along the entire funnel. Alongside this we continue to make our community of customers our best advocates and speakers via our Community platform, Celopeers.

Based in Munich Celonis is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the DACH region. In this role, you will be a key leader, responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives significant growth and delivers a high-quality pipeline for our Sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team and directly impact the success of a hyper-growth company in this critical market.
Thework you will do
- Continuously build, lead, and mentor the DACH Marketing team, which includes Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and Campaigns.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the local Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership, collaborating to define and implement the holistic DACH Marketing plan.
- Deliver a consistent and high-quality demand pipeline to the DACH Sales teams, aligning all marketing efforts with key business objectives.
- Drive a revenue marketing approach, ensuring our marketing KPIs are directly linked to and contribute to the goals of our Sales organization.
- Ensure the optimal management of the regional marketing spend and budget, focusing on careful prioritization of efforts to maximize ROI.
- Manage demand generation analytics and reporting, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives across all programs.
- Develop and evolve the comprehensive marketing plan for the region, leveraging and localizing global persona campaigns.
- Coordinate all efforts of an integrated, regional marketing program, including brand awareness, strategic events, third-party partnerships, hospitality programs, and digital marketing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing programs, encompassing both with-partner and to-partner activities.
- Build scalable end-to-end marketing programs designed to position Celonis within our key industries and focus areas.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Celonis values and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Oversee and fuel the DACH Customer Advocacy pipeline for customer success stories of various formats, sourcing strong advocates for internal and external events and PR messaging.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the DACH market and its unique business landscape.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver tangible business results.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform strategy and measure success.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of partnering effectively with local and global teams.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Experience in using AI in Marketing to generate and advance pipeline, create content and highly customized customer experiences and predictive analytics.
