• Plan, execute, and monitor loyalty program promotions
• Coordinate promotional activities across multiple customer segments, ensuring alignment with our program goals
• Support the development of consumer insights by analyzing customer engagement, consumer feedback and promotion performance data
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Performance Marketing, Content Creation, Frontend and CRM Analytics to enhance customer experience and optimize loyalty touchpoints
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies that foster consumer experiences and loyalty

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CRM, Business Administration or related fields
• Foundational understanding of customer loyalty programs, CRM and consumer engagement
• Proven interest in consumer insights and data‑driven methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
• Team player with hands‑on mentality and a proactive approach to work
• Previous experience in related areas is a plus but not mandatory
