Senior Internal Communications & Media Relations Specialist (m​/f​/d

This role is based in Munich, with two weeks per month on-site at Alpitronic's headquarters in Bolzano and it is initially limited to 18 months.

• Support top management in preparing and delivering internal communications, including executive messaging, all-hands formats, and leadership narratives
• Define and continuously develop transformation communication: create formats and narratives that help employees across all sites and functions understand how and why the company is changing, making complex organizational shifts accessible and relevant at every level
• Lead and manage the company’s intranet project as project manager, including concept development, coordination of stakeholders, and implementation of new structures and communication formats together with the IT department
• Develop and implement a content and channel strategy to enhance communication effectiveness and employee engagement
• Continuously improve and innovate internal communication tools, such as the company intranet, to foster effective knowledge management and employee connectivity
• Develop and produce communication content across internal channels, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and reach across a multilingual, multi-site organization
• Manage South Tyrolian media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Own and lead crisis communications for the Brand & Corporate Affairs team, including developing crisis communication protocols, coordinating responses across relevant stakeholders, and ensuring consistent messaging in critical situations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field
• Previous years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience in executive communications or communications advisory to senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to design communication programs or formats for organizational change
• Strong knowledge of internal communication strategies, tools and best practice, with proven background in working with intranet platforms
• Solid understanding of media relations, including handling press enquiries, producing press materials and managing corporate reputation
• Proficiency in content creation and storytelling for multiple channels, such as intranet, newsletters or press releases, in line with corporate branding and with the ability to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications
• Fluency in German and English, knowledge of Italian is a plus
