The roleAs Kaizen Gaming continues to strengthen its presence across Europe, we are looking for a self-driven, hands-on, 360° Corporate Communications professional to join our Global Corporate Communications team and lead communications across Germany, Denmark and Belgium.
Working closely with the HQ Communications and Corporate Responsibility teams, you will play a key role in building and protecting Kaizen Gaming’s corporate reputation in these markets, strengthening relationships with media and external stakeholders, and positioning the company as a responsible and engaged corporate citizen.
The role will have a strong focus on media relations and external communications, PR, corporate reputation and CSR, while also supporting local internal communications and employer branding initiatives where relevant.
You will work closely with market leadership teams and local partners to understand business priorities, identify relevant communication opportunities and translate global strategies into locally relevant, impactful communication plans.
We are looking for a team player, independent thinker and doer, who can confidently operate across different markets, cultures and stakeholders.
Responsibilities External Communications & Corporate Reputation- Develop and implement integrated external communications plans for Germany, Denmark and Belgium, aligned with business priorities and the global communications strategy.
- Define local communication objectives, key messages, audiences, channels and KPIs in collaboration with Regional and Global strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities to build Kaizen Gaming’s corporate reputation and strengthen its visibility across the assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, journalists, industry stakeholders and relevant external partners.
- Identify relevant newsjacking, thought leadership and corporate storytelling opportunities and translate them into local communications.
- Develop and coordinate press releases, media alerts, corporate stories, interviews, executive profiling, opinion pieces and other external content.
- Support local spokespeople and senior leaders with messaging, briefing documents, media preparation and communication materials.
- Monitor relevant media and reputational developments and provide recommendations to market and HQ stakeholders.
- Ensure a consistent #oneteam #onevoice approach while adapting global communications to local market realities.
- Plan and execute external events, media activities, stakeholder engagements and corporate initiatives across the assigned markets.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with local PR agencies and external communications partners, ensuring quality, efficiency and measurable results.
