Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead Xiaomi EV’s brand communication and PR activities across the Southwest Europe Markets (including Benelux, Austria, Swiss, Portugal).

In this role, you will shape the brand narrative, strengthen Xiaomi EV’s presence across automotive and technology media, and drive integrated communication initiatives together with local partners and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in establishing a consistent, distinctive, and locally relevant brand presence across Europe.

• Develop and execute Xiaomi EV’s brand communication and PR strategy for the Southwest Europe Markets (including Benelux, Austria, Swiss, Portugal).
• Shape a clear and differentiated brand narrative aligned with Xiaomi EV’s business and market positioning.
• Ensure consistency between global brand strategy and local European communications.
• Translate strategic priorities into effective communication plans across relevant European markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading automotive and technology media, industry stakeholders, and relevant opinion leaders across Europe.
• Plan and execute high-impact PR activities, including product launches, media test drives, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Monitor market sentiment and media coverage across European markets and proactively identify communication opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement crisis communication approaches in close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.

• Work closely with local commercial partners to develop and implement market-relevant communication and marketing plans.
• Lead or coordinate advertising, content marketing, digital communication, and other brand-building initiatives across Europe.
• Support global product launch communication plans and ensure effective local market execution.
• Continuously evaluate communication effectiveness and adapt activities based on market insights and performance.

• Build and develop the European Marketing and PR team as the organization scales.
• Manage external PR, advertising, and communication agencies and strategic partners.
• Establish effective cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Network Development, Operations Support, and other relevant functions.
• Foster an efficient and collaborative working model across local and global teams.
• 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, PR, or marketing communications, preferably within the automotive, mobility, or technology sector.
• At least 3 years of professional experience working with European markets and stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English. German, French, Dutch are preferred.
• Strong understanding of the European automotive and technology media landscape and relevant communication requirements.
• Proven experience in launching or establishing a brand, product, or business in a new European market.
• Experience working within an importer, agency, partner-led, or other indirect distribution model is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting the European market entry or growth of an international automotive or technology brand is highly desirable.
• Experience in NEV/EV brand building or automotive mobility communications is a strong advantage.
• Established relationships with relevant automotive and technology media and industry stakeholders across Europe.
• Good understanding of EU advertising, data protection, and automotive industry compliance requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
