Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We build our own security products: the compliance platform Sightadel for ISO 27001, NIS2 and DORA, the exposure management service veyrisk
, the real-time monitoring tool Strider and the hardware firewall Valar
. They are developed and operated in Germany. Most of our customers are mid-sized companies, and the people who decide there are IT leads, CISOs and managing directors.

So far our marketing has run on the side. That is about to change. You will be the first person to own it as a role of its own: channels, budget, numbers and what follows from them. Much of it already runs on AI today, from Linked In clips and ads to landing pages and trade fair material. We are looking for someone who takes this approach further and would rather run ten small tests than one big launch.

• build and run paid acquisition, mainly through Linked In Ads and Google Ads, with a clear eye on cost per lead and demo bookings
• plan, test and improve landing pages for products, campaigns and trade fairs
• own CRM and lifecycle: lead scoring, nurturing journeys and the handover to sales, from trial to customer
• talk to IT leads, CISOs and managing directors to understand what drives them, and turn that into messages, offers and content
• plan growth experiments, run them quickly and evaluate them properly, including when a test shows that an idea does not work
• use AI tools for copy, visuals, clips and analysis, and set up workflows that let a small team get a lot done
• keep track of the key metrics, such as cost per lead, demo bookings, trial-to-customer rate and pipeline, and report regularly to management

• several years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2B SaaS
• experience with Linked In Ads and Google Ads and a good sense of when a budget pays off
• routine with CRM, marketing automation and analytics; you would rather read the numbers yourself than wait for a report
• a hands-on mindset: you build a landing page or campaign yourself rather than just commissioning it
• curiosity about AI tools and the drive to actually use them day to day
• native-level German and fluent English

• experience in cybersecurity or IT
• experience with B2B trade fairs and events
• in-depth knowledge of search engine advertising (SEA)

• real responsibility: you build up marketing and have a say in where the budget goes
• work in Munich, hybrid or remote
• short paths to decisions and a direct line to management, sales and the engineers behind the products
• products developed and operated in Germany
