Senior Copy Editor French

To support our Copy Team we are searching for a Senior Copy Editor French (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

• You will act as the ultimate authority, ensuring every French word aligns with our aspirational luxury brand.
• Take ownership of creative copy and the Global Brand Voice for the French market. Scale elevated French communication across all channels and departments, collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure a consistent Mytheresa's style and tone of voice.
• Write, sub‑edit, and translate high‑impact creative copy for primary channels, including site‑wide campaigns, homepage features, designer biographies, email newsletters, and priority social media content.
• Deliver constructive feedback to team members to scale communication across the French markets and actively help them grow and enhance their writing skills.
• Participate in and build creative workshops, brand trainings, and new projects aimed at team development.
• Manage and coordinate international projects and campaigns.

• Linguistic Excellence:
  Native French speaker with demonstrably impeccable grammar, spelling, and sophisticated stylistic ability, and attention to detail.
• Educational Depth:
  Master’s degree preferred in Translation, Creative Writing, Journalism, Literature, or a related fashion field.

  Experience:
  
  5+ years of professional experience in writing and editing within luxury, high‑end fashion e‑commerce, or editorial environments.
• Profound Fashion Competence:
  Profound, up‑to‑date knowledge of the international luxury fashion landscape, brands, industry trends, and textile terminology.
• Strategic & Autonomous:
  Proven ability to establish new processes, manage deadlines, coordinate complex translation workflows, and perform independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership Qualities:
  Experience in delivering constructive feedback and mentoring team members with high emotional intelligence, solution‑oriented, proactive mindset essential for a fast‑paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Familiarity with CMS systems (Content Management Systems), Trello, and MS Office Suite.
