Social Media Manager; m​/f​/d

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to help grow and elevate our presence on Instagram and Tik Tok through consistent, creative, and platform-native content. You’ll be responsible for managing our social channels end to end, from planning and publishing to hands‑on content creation working closely with our design team to bring the brand to life in motion, video, and storytelling.

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or creative company.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok ecosystems.
• Hands‑on content creator with a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Comfortable with basic video editing and social tools.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and turning insights into action.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Manage Instagram and Tik Tok on a daily basis, from planning to publishing.
• Own the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
• Create and record short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories).
• Coordinate with designers, motion designers, and external content creators.
• Identify and execute relevant trends and formats.
• Support campaigns and product launches with social‑first content.

• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across platforms.

Experience working with content creators or freelancers.

Familiarity with campaign‑driven social content.
