Equal Experts Germany are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team and focus on growing the network within country with a primary focus in Bavaria. The responsibilities of the role will focus on Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition across Germany as well as Network Engagement / Management. This role requires the successful candidate to be fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities- Recruiting for Principal Level Tech Consultants employees across Germany with a focus across Bavaria
- Building a network of German based associates / contractors / freelancers
- Creating, running and improving full life cycle recruitment processes for Germany within a Global company context
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand current and future requirements and adjusting recruitment focus in order to meet given requirements
- Engage with the company Global People and Recruitment teams in order to maintain consistency and to allow for improvements to be shared and reflected globally
- Attending local events both external and internally organised as a representative of the company
- Managing and working with multiple IT systems (ATS, CRM, etc…) to track supply and demand
- Maintain a high level of Network Engagement via company wide messaging tools, Linked In and other communication channels as necessary
- Acting as a brand ambassador for EE at all times
- Extensive technical recruitment experience in German, ideally across both permanent hiring and contractor hiring
- Extensive experience of hiring roles across the full cross functional team, eg. such as Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, Delivery Leadership, Architects, etc…
- Experience and a deep understanding of Agile
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both German and English
- Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise work effectively
- Technical proficiency across multiple IT systems and ability to facilitate reports
- Being a self starter who can manage workloads and prioritise tasks independently
- Demonstrates ownership and tenacity to drive issues to full conclusion
- Ability to be deadline-driven and hold others accountable to keeping to schedule
- Ability to understand and use with confidence, a wide range of IT systems for EE and clients
- Demonstrates EE values
